无灰化塞曼无火焰原子吸收分光光度法快速测定尿中微量铬

摘要 本法用热解镀层管、塞曼校正背景,硝酸-抗坏血酸-尿素三元基体改进剂,无灰化程序,可消除尿中氯化物、有机物、高含量的盐类及溅失的基体干扰。本法简便、快速、准确,曾用于尿中微量铬的测定,获得满意的结果。 The matrix interferences from chloride, organic substances,high concentration of salts in urine and spattering during pyrolysis can be eliminated by the procedures of pyrolyti-cally coated tube,zeeman background correction,control drying rate without ashing programe before atomization and the addition of a mixed matrix modifier containing nitric acid,urea and ascorbic acid. The proposed method is rapid, convenient and accurate, and its applicability to determine the trace chromium in urine is satisfactory.
