本文试图在中美、中印典型个案比较研究的基础上,综合分析影响各国健康水平的主要因子,及其作用和相关关系,进而揭示了“中国卫生保健模式”的深刻内涵。

A, we draw the conclusion that china has less health investment and achieves much health care fruits. Its success lies in the system of distribution which is aimed to satify people's basic need, the formation method of health system is applicable to the need structure, On the basis of justice and accessibility of health service , the payer has a normal binding relationship to beneficiary, which enables the external economical irrationality to be controlled correspondingly.
