摘要
作者将医院消毒工作分项后建立评价体系、并将各项指标作无量纲化处理。然后，采用层次分析法确定各项的权重，经加权求和算出分值，作为对医院消毒工作质量进行综合评价的依据。
Hospital
disinfection is one of the important measures for prevention of nosocomial in-fections.In order
to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of hospitaldisinfection work, an
evaluation system was established using synthetic weighted scoringmethod for evaluation after
dividing the hospital disinfection work into several items.Themethod and procedures of
evaluation were as follows:(1)dividing the hospital disinfectionwork into several items and
establishing the evaluation system,(2)turning the indices intodimensionless;(3)determining the
weight of various objects by layer analysis method and cal-culating the combined weight of
various items;(4)weighted summation of the dimensionlessvalues of various objects and the
combined weight,then calculating the scoes of differenthospitals;(5)evaluating the quality of
disinfection work of different hospitals according totheir scores. This method can be used not
only for transverse comparison between different institu-tions in same period,but also for
longitudinal comparison between different periods in oneinstitution.
