摘要
以新设计的恢复培养基、普通营养琼脂培养基及Feeherry报告的培养基对热损伤嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞复苏作用进行了比较。结果,新设计的恢复培养基上的菌落明显多于另两种培养基。所试56℃与60℃两个培养温度,对嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞的复苏无明显影响。
There are many
factors influencing the recovery culture of spores of Bacillusstearothermophilus used for
examining the efficacy of autoclaving especially in quantitativetest.The components of the
recovery culture medium reported by the foreign authors werequite different,while ordinary
nutrient agar was commonly used in China. The resuscitatingeffects of the recovery culture
medium developed recently, the ordinary nutrient agar and theculture medium reported by
Feeherry(AAMS)on the thermoinjured spores of B.stearothermophilus were compared. The
results showed that the colonies on the recovery culture medium developed recentlywere
significantly more numerous than those on the other 2 media. The two culture tempera-tures
tested,i.e. 56℃and 60℃,had no significant influence on resuscitation of spores of
B.stearothermophilus.
