微波杀菌机理研究:对细菌通透性影响的观察 被引量:17

STUDY ON GERMICIDAL MECHANIAM OF MICROWAVE:OBSERVATIONON THE INFLUENCE ON BACTERIAL PERMEABILITY

摘要 试验表明,经微波照射的白色葡萄球菌,其260nm波长紫外线吸收物漏出量显著高于同温度水浴加热组者。枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞DPA的漏出亦呈同样结果。此外,微波照射对氯化钠耐受性的影响亦高于水浴加热。上述结果说明,微波杀菌除热效应外,还有非热效应。 The effects of microwave irradiation and water bath heating on pormeability of bacteriawere compared.The results indicated that with same exposure time and same temperature at- tained,the leakages of 260 nm absorption substance from Staphylococcus albus and ofdipico linic acid from spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in the microwave group weresignificantly larger in amount than those in the water bath group. The toleranee ofStaphylococcus albus to sodium chloride after exposure to microwave was significantly lowerthan that after heating in water bath and the differenee increased with increasing sodiumchlo ride co ncentration. The above results indicate that nonthermal effect is involved in the germicidal action of microwave in addition to the thermal effect.
