馨康电话机消毒膜杀菌效果与毒性的实验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF XINKANG TELEPHONE DISINFECTION FILM

试验表明，以ＬＪ－强化戊二醛为主要成分制成的复方消毒液，用含戊二醛１２．５ｍｇ／Ｌ者作用５分钟，可杀灭大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌９９．９９９％以上；浸以含０．２５％戊二醛该液的消毒膜作用１０分钟，可将上述细菌完全杀灭。该制剂性能稳定，无毒性与刺激性。

The germicidal efficacy of compound disinfection solution containing LJ-potentiatedglutaraldehyde as the main component and of the telephone disinfection film impregnatedwith the disinfection solution was examined.The results showed that the disinfection solutioncontaining 12.5 mg / L glutaraldehyde(the concentration of the disinfection solution was ex-pressed in terms of glutaraldehyde content)with a 5 minute contact time could kill more than99.999% of Escherichiat coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The telephone disinfection filmimpregnated with the compound disinfection solution containing 0.25% glutaraldehyde witha 10 minute contact time could completely kill the above bacteria, The film put on telephonecould kill 99.85% cf the natural bacteria in average. Thermostability test showed that after storage at 56℃ for 14 days, the disinfection filmcould still kill over 99.9% of the test bacteria and the glutaraldehyde content of the com-pound disinfection solution only decreased by 8.0%. The results of toxicity test showed thatthe compound disinfection solution had no irritative effect on skin of guinea pig and the oralLD_(50) in mice was 7.9～12.6 g/ kg.
