摘要
试验表明，以过氧化氢为主要杀菌成分的ＣＰＤ空气消毒剂喷雾（０．７５ｍｌ／ｍ￣３）于试验柜（１ｍ￣３）中作用５分钟，可将空气中大肠杆菌全部杀灭，对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为６５．７％。在室内喷０．１５ｍｌ／ｍ￣３，作用２小时，自然菌下降９０％左右。
The main
bactericidal component of CPD Air Disinfectant is hydrogen peroxide.When Staphylococcus
aureus in suspension was exposed to stock solution of the disinfectant for 5min,the killing rate
was 72.45 %,Spray of 0.75 ml/m￣3 of the stock solution with anultrasonic atomizer in an
aerosol chamber(1 m￣3)could kill 65.68% of S.aureus in air aftercontact for 5 min.Escherichia
coli,either in suspension or in air,could be killed completelyby treatment with CPD Air
Disinfectant using above 2 methods.The results of indoor air disinfection experiment at the
public places indicated that sprayof the disinfectant 0.15 ml/m￣3 with a 2-hour contact time at
a temperature of 24～25℃and relative humidity of 70%～72% could attain the maximal
disinfection efficacy and killabout 90% of the natural bacteria.
