摘要
研究表明，用溶菌酶处理法去除嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞悬液中繁殖体，可使芽胞悬液于４℃或室温下保存１３个月不出现繁殖体，保存６个月芽胞的热抗力无明显下降。用１００℃杀灭者的水悬液或甲醇悬液，于４℃保存１月后均有繁殖体出现，至３个月繁殖体所占比例多达５０％。
The method for removing vegetative form in suspension of spores of
Bacillusstearothermophilus was studied experimentally.The results indicated that treatment
withlysozyme to destroy the vegetative form in suspension of spores of B.stearothermophilus
re-sulted in no occurrence of reamination of the spores during 13 months of storage at 4℃ or
atroom temperature.In addition,thermoresistance of the spore showed no significant
differencefrom that of the newly prepared spores when examined after storage at 4℃ for 6
months.When the method of killing vegetative form in suspension of spores of
B.stearothermophiluswith 100℃ was used,vegetative form appeared in either water
suspension or methanol sus-pension of spores stored at 4℃ for 1 month and accounted for
50% after storing for 3months.
