甲磺酸培氟沙星Ⅲ期临床试验，病例数１２５例。结果痊愈６８例、显效４１例、进步１２例、无效４例，总有效８７．２％，进步９．６％，无效３．３％，不良反应轻微，耐受性好。

patients were involved in the phase Ⅲ trail of pefloxacin mesy-late. The results of the trail are 68 recovery,41 marked improvment, 12 improvment and 4 non-effective, with a total effective rate of 87.3%,a total improve rate of 9.6% and total non-effective rate of 3.3%。 The adverse drug reaction is mild.
