摘要
按滴眼液制剂要求,制备0.3%环丙沙星滴眼液,并建立紫外分光度法测定滴眼液中环丙沙星的含量,检测波长227nm,标准曲线的线性范围2~6mg/L(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.96%,相对标准偏差为0.5227%,初步考察了该滴眼液的稳定性,结果表明,该滴眼液对热稳定。
Ciprofloxacin eye drops were preparaed and a spectrophotometric method for determination of ciprofloxacin in eye drops at wave length 277nm was es-tablished. The method has a linear range of 2.0 to 6. 0mg/L(r=0.9999),a average recovery of 99. 96%and a RSD of 0.5227%。 The result of its preliminary stability study showed that the preparation is stable to heat.
