摘要
镇痛药对疼痛病人是很有用的。我国过去的４０年，镇痛药用量很少，许多疼痛病人特别是癌痛患者得不到合理的治疗，有必要调整现行有关政策，发展镇痛药的生产，推广镇痛药的合理应用，以满足我国疼痛病人的正当需求。
Opium analgesics were seldom used in our country in the past 40 years in comparison with developed countries. Therefore. pain patients especially cancer patients could not obtained appropriate treatment. In order to fulfil the legitimate re-quirement of pain patients, it is necessary to adjust the current policy , promote their production and spread their rational uses.
