摘要
苄普地尔是一种新型长效的钙通道拮抗剂,具有多种药理作用,能通过降低心肌氧耗和增加心肌氧供来治疗心肌缺血,且能明显改善运动耐量,作用较硝苯吡啶和地尔硫(艹卓)为优。在抗心律失常治疗中,苄普地尔具有Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类抗心律失常药物的作用。
Bepridil is a new long-acting calcium antagonist. It has multiple therapeutic actions. It can treat myocardial ischemia by reducing myocardial oxygen demand and increasing myocardial oxygen supply, and can improve exercise capacity significantly. It is superior to nifedipine and diltiazem. In the treatment of arrhythmia, bepridil shows antiarrhythmic action through class I , III , IV drugs.
