摘要
采用双盲对照的方法观察果糖二磷酸钠(FDP)对冠心病患者脂质过氧化物产生的影响。对61例连续的住院冠心病患者(急性心肌梗死19例;冠心病心绞痛42例)进行研究,随机分入对照剂组或FDP组,分别给予对照剂或FDP10g,静脉滴注,2次/d,共10d。在用药前和用药的最后1d清晨,分别采取静脉血送检,测定血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明:FDP能减少冠心病患者血浆脂质过氧化物之一MDA的产生,而对SOD活性无明显影响。结果提示,外源性FDP对冠心病患者具有抑制脂质过氧化的作用,此作用可能是其对缺血缺氧心肌的保护机制之一。
A randomized double blind and placebo controlled study was conducted in 61 CAD patients to observe the effect of FDP on lipid peroxidation and on the activity of erythrocyte SOD(superoxide dismutase). Patients received iv infusion of FDP in a dose of 10g twice daily for 10 days. Blood samples were taken before treatment and after last dose to monitor plasma malonaldehyde and erythrocyte SOD activity. Results showed that malonaldehyde production can be decreased by FDP but have no influence on the activity of erythrocyte SOD. From the study it can be concluded that lipid peroxidation in CAD patients might be inhibited by exogenous FDP which may be one of the mechanism for myocardial ischemia protection.
