氧氟沙星滴耳剂治疗耳部化脓感染的临床试验

DOUBLE BLIND CLINICAL TRIAL ON OFLOXACIN EAR DROPS IN THE TREATMENT QF PURULENT EAR INFECTIONS

５９例诊断为耳部化脓性感染的门诊病人按随机分组双盲法给药，分别接受氧氟沙星滴耳剂和氯霉素眼液滴耳治疗，显效率分别为７１．１％和３８．１％，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。所有病人包括２名儿童均未出现头晕、耳鸣、耳聋加重等副反应。２９例细菌学结果显示，氧氟沙星组细菌阴转率为９４．７％，远高于氯霉素组（５５．６％）。

A double blind clinical trial on ofloxacin ear drops was conducted in 59 outpatients with purulent ear infections。They were randomly divided into 2 groups。One group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops and the other group was treated with chlormphenicol eye drops,and an excellent cure rate of 71.1%for 0.3%ofloxacin ear drops and of 38.1%for 0.25%chloramphenicol eye drops were obtained,with signif-icant difference (P<0. 01 ).No adverse side effects were observed. The results of 28 cases ofbacterial culture showed that the bacterial eradication rate of ofloxacin ear drops is significantly higher than that of chloramphenicol eye drops。
