生物反馈治疗高血压临床疗效剖析

Clinical efficacy and influential factors of biofeedback treatment of hypertension

对８９例Ⅰ／Ⅱ期高血压病人经一年的生物反馈治疗，发现疗效受多种生物心理社会因素的影响，其中收缩压稍低、高神经质（情绪不稳定）、愤怒分值和焦虑分值较高，以及社会支持程度较高的病人其治疗效果较好。

Eighty-nine patients of phaseⅠor phase Ⅱ hypertension were included in a treatmentprogram which combined medications(betalok or nefidine).biofeedback .and healthy life style education.Thechange of blood pressure and dosage of medication between prior to and after combination of biofeedbacktreatment were evaluated in a follow-up period of one year. The result revealedthat the parameters,whichpredicted a better clinical efficacy , included lower valueof systolic pressure,higher scores of neuroticism inEysenk Petsonality Questionnairehigher scores in measuremnt of anxiety and angry ,and better social sup-por
