青少年妊娠与生殖健康危险因素的探讨

An epidemiological study of adolescent pregnancy and risk factors on reproductive health

本文对６３０７例人工流产史者和８７例婚前检查者、６８例人流手术者进行了流行学与社会医学分析研究。发现南京市青少年婚前有性行为者占５５％，妊娠３％，人流１６％。人流年龄高峰为２４～３０岁，≤２４岁以下青少年占总数的２２．５％。人流危害程度与年龄、妊娠时间之间呈指数与幂函数关系。青少年妊娠与生殖健康主要危险因素是开放性观念、自由恋爱、文化程度低和性知识缺乏。本文还对青少年性行为、避孕及心理特征进行了初步分析研究。

This study aims,at elucidating the distributive features of adolescent pregnancies and the risk factors on reproductive health. The methods of social psychology and random response techniques were adopted to investigate the sexual experience,pregnancy and induced abortin in teenage girls, The main results which impressed the authors most were: 1. The age distribution was featured by rapid increase from the year 21, peaked by 23～30 which accounting for a commulative proportion over 70% .2. Among all adolescents who terminated their pregnancies by induced abortion, 33.32% were un-married, but for those 24 years old, a higher proportion of 47% was found, and 100% of in dicated abortions unmarried.3. Mathematic modelling indicated that the relationship between age and the quantity of hemorrhage in induced abortion cases were different in two age groups: from 21 to 26 yevs, it appears to be an in dex-function relationship(Y^=103.4006-0.081x) but from 27～30 years, a power-function relationship(Y^=336.6-19.4027x+0.2834x2) was found. The pregnat duration and hemorrhage quantity shows also an indexfunction relationship (Y=100.4084+0.0192x).4. Mono-and multiple linear regression analysis revealed significant risk factors for premaital sexual behavior and pregnancies as open attitude to sen. low level of education, loneliness,etc.Teenagers classified as psychologically external and N-type personality tendto be more likely to practice premarital sex and result in pregnancies.
