神经节细胞胶质瘤

Ganglioglioma

报告6例神经节细胞胶质瘤,其中5例位于大脑半球,1例位于脊髓。年龄19～51岁,病程5个月至12年,平均39个月。均行手术治疗,行肿瘤全切除或部分切除者各3例。术后5例随访1～6年,均存活。该瘤生长缓慢,相对低度恶性,手术后结果良好。

Six cases of ganglioglioma are reported.Five tumo's were in cerebral hemisphere and I in spinal cord. Age of the patients ranged from 10 to 51 years. The duration of symptoms were 5 months to 12 years (average 39 months).The tumors were totally removed in 3 cases and partially resected in the remainder. Three patients recieved radiation therapy postoperatively.Patients were followed for 1 to 6 years and all of them were alive. Gangliogliomas are relatively low-grade malignant,with a rather long clinical course and it's outcome after operation is good.
