摘要
研究三尖杉酯碱对大鼠血象的依时毒性，发现：不同时辰用药，对白细胞的影响较大。明期用药，白细胞下降７４．１％；而暗期仅下降２３．４％；对红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白的依时毒性不明显，提示三尖杉酯碱对大鼠血象的影响具有时辰依赖性。
The chronotoxicity of harringtonine on hemogram in rats was investigated. The experimenent was made at 09:00 and 21: 00.After ip harringtonine 15 days, WBC decreased 74. 1% at 21:00,but RBC, platelet and Hb didn't change significatly between 09:00 and 21:00.The result indicated that the effect of harringtonine on hemogram in rats had circandian rhythm.
