比色法测定君春乐胶囊中人参皂甙的含量，并考查了８％香草醛、７７％硫酸用量、水浴温度、加热时间等对测定的影响。本法操作简便、快速，结果准确，平均回收率为１０１．８％±１．４７％，相对标准差为１．４４％（ｎ＝９）。

A unique method was used to determine ginseng saponin in Junchunle capsule bycolormetric method.The influences of 8%vanillin,77%sulfuric acid,temperature, and heatingtime were carefully investigated.The mean recovery of ginseng saponin was 101.8%±1.47%.The RSD was 1.44%(n=9).
