混合菌苗抗小鼠肝癌的初步研究

摘要 混合菌苗(MBv)是由化脓性链球菌和沙雷氏菌灭活制备的一种免疫调变剂。研究结果表明:(1)MBV能明显延长腹水型肝癌小鼠的存活期(对照组16.7±1.0d,治疗组:腹腔应用者18.5±1.0d皮下应用者18.8±1.5d,P<0.05)和明显抑制皮下肝癌瘤块的生长(对照组2.310.7g,治疗组:腹腔应用者1.9±0.2g,皮下应用者1;7t0.3g,P<0.01);(2)MBV皮下应用后可明显提高肿瘤单个核细胞的浸润程度(对照组41.5±8.6个/高倍键视野,治疗组:皮下应用者74.3±11。9个/高倍镜视野,P<0.0l),而腹腔应用却无此现象;(3)腹腔应用或皮下应用MBV后,荷瘤小鼠的脾脏均明显增大(对照组0;27±0.05g治疗组:皮下应用者0.37±0.05g,腹腔应用者0.35±0.05g,P<0.05)。上述观察提示,MBV是一种有效的免疫刺激剂。 Mixed bacterial vaccine(MBV),derived from heat-killer Streptococcic pyogenes andSerTatia marcescens,is a biological response modifier,In our study MBV prolonged the survival ofmice with ascitic hepatoma significantly,being 18.5±1.0 d(intraperitoneal injection,ip) and l8.8±1.5d( subcutaneous injection,sc)versus l6.7±1.Odas compared to the control,and suppressed the growth of subcutaneous nodule of hepatoma markedly,being 1.9±0.2 g(ip) and l.7+0.3g(sc)versus 2.3±0.7 g as compared to the control.Subcutaneous usage of MBV increasedthe infiItration of mononuclear cells into tumor,whereas intraperitoneal usage of MBV did not。Splenomegaly was observed after treatment of hepatoma bearing mice by using MBV either sub-cutaneously or intraperitoneally, The above data demonstrated that MBV is a potential immunostimulant, which could be used in tumor biotherapy。 These data also helped further elucidate themechanism of MBV against tumor。
