哌醋甲酯服药时间与疗效及副作用关系 被引量:1

摘要 本文报告32例注意障碍、多动综合征(ADHD)患儿三种不同时间(早饭前、中、后)服用哌醋甲酯的疗效及消化道副作用观察,哌醋甲酯剂量为10mg/次,疗效观察采用SNAP行为量表。结果:ADHD患儿服药后均有显著疗效,但三种不同时间服药的疗效之间并无显著差异,消化道副作用主要为食欲下降、腹痛及呕吐等,其中以早饭前服药者最为显著。作者建议,ADHD患儿服用哌醋甲酯最好宜在饭后或饭中。 Abstract Methylphenidates were given to 32 children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder at three different times(before,with and after breakfast ).SNAP's rating and digestive effects were observed.Results showed that all the three measurements got clear improvement with little difference.However,the digestive effects of Methylphenidate given before breakfast was greater than that given with or after breakfast. that Methylphenidate should be given after or with meal is suggested.
