摘要
采用单侧非金属多功能外固定支架，经皮外固定治疗４０例股骨粗隆间骨折，经６个月～３年随访，均获骨愈合，无髋内翻、短缩畸形和死亡。本法具有操作简便、省时省力、创伤小、可早期离床活动等优点。设计上更加符合正常股骨颈、股骨干部的生物力学特点。
Forty cases of intertrochanteric
fractures of femur were treated with percutaneous nonmetal-lic external fixator. The patients
were followed up for 6 months to 3 years,and the fractureswere all united without coxa vara or
shirtening deformities.There was no mortality in this se-ries . This method had the advantages
of being simple,save time and effort,less traumatic andearly ambulation. The design of the
apparatus tallied with the biomechanics of the neck and shaftof the femur.
