摘要
采用兔耳大神经植入颈肩部失神经皮瓣模型,动态观察植入神经成熟过程。按神经植入皮瓣后时间,将动物分为1个月、2个月、4个月和6个月四个实验组,另设正常皮肤和未植神经对照组,每组动物4只。用电镜进行观察。结果表明,再生纤维的发育过程是:2个月再生无髓纤维,4个月再生有髓纤维。轴突直径,髓鞘厚度,有髓、无髓纤维比例均随时间延长而增大。4个月再生的轴突数达最高水平,显著超过正常,主要为无髓轴突。6个月时有髓、无髓纤维比例仍显著低于正常。
This article reported the implantation of the greater auricular
nerve into the cervico-shoulderskin flap in rabbits. The progress following implantation of the
nerve was continuously observed.Aecording to the time elapsed from the nerves being
implanted,the experimental animals werediviued into 4 groups,4 animals in each group, in the
order of 1,2, 4 and 6 months groups,re-spectively,and the normal skin and the cervico-shoulder
skin flaps without nerve implantationwere used as control. The electron microscopewas the
method used to observed the progress.The results showed that in the 2nd month the
unmyelinated fibers first appeared , then the myeli-nated in the 4th month.The caliber of the
axons , the thick ness of the myelin sheath and the ra-tio of MF/UF increased with time. In the
4th month , the number of the regenerating nervefibers(unmyelinated fibers predominant ) had
achieved the highest level and significantly exceed-ed that of the normal skin. But at the 6
months.the MF/UF ratio was still for lower than nor-mal.
