皮肤软组织膨胀器用于治疗恶性肿瘤

ABSTRACTCLINICAL APPLICATION OF SOFT TISSUE EXPANDER IN THE SURGICAL TREAT-MENT OF MALIGNANT TUMOUR

４例头面部皮肤恶性肿瘤，用皮肤膨胀器修复肿块切除后软组织缺损。缺损面积最小为６ｃｍ×５ｃｍ，最大为１０ｃｍ×９ｃｍ，均获成功。随访５年以上，无１例复发。功能和外观整复效果满意。介绍了手术方法。讨论了皮肤软组织膨胀器在整复外科的适应证，以及在皮肤恶性肿瘤的外科治疗和修复中的优点。

oft tissue expander has been improved to perfect ion in recent ten years. Many excellentwork s have been accomplished for the patients who suffered from either soft tissue malformationor defects following traumatism. infection or benign tumors.But the reconstruction of soft tissuedefects cause by malignant tumor has been less studied.Four patients suffering from malignant tumour localized in the scalp and face, 1 women and 3 men ranging from 65 to 75 years of age, have been operated on since 1986.Their majordeficits have been reconstructed with radican tissue expander, by the flap of the same colour andtexture and atso, similar thick ness and sensation. There is no relapse in all the patients operatedon reported until today.The surgical technique was discribed.The clinical results and the indication of tissue ex-nander in the surgical treatrment of malignant tumour are discussed.
