摘要
对２０例肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者，在烘绑治疗前后，取外周血，用直接荧光标记单克隆抗体染色技术和流式细胞仪法检测Ｔ细胞亚群和ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ表型变化，并与正常健康人对照，结果表明：肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者外周血ＣＤ＿４明显下降，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ＿８比值明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ水平增高。患者经微波烘疗两疗程后，ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８比值明显提高，ＣＤ＿４明显增高，ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ和ＣＤ＿８ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ明显下降。提示微波对肢体慢性淋巴水肿除热作用外，有明显的免疫调节生物效应。
wenty patients with chronic lymphedema had
been treated by microwave heating . T-lym-pocyte subpopulation and HLA-DR phenotype of
peripheral blood in patients with lymphedema were examined by using dual colour flow
cytometry before and after treatment. We found that CD4 (Thelpte/inducer)in chronic
lymphedema decreased significantly(P<0.01 ).HLA-DR in-creased signifieantly P<0.05).After
the mierowave treatment,the CD4,CD4 /CD8 ratio in-creased significantly;HLA-DR, HLA-DR+ CD
lymphocyte reduced.It was clear that mi-cruwave could regulate the immunological disorder of
lymphedema patients.
