组织瓣移植修复创面与瘢痕畸形

ABSTRACT TISSUE FLAPS IN THE REPAIR OF WOUNDS AND CICATRICIAL DEFORMITIES

报道利用多种组织瓣移植修复严重深度创面与瘢痕畸形２５５例。利用肌皮瓣６种修复５４例，轴型皮瓣１０种修复５０例，筋膜皮瓣７种修复４４例，皮下组织蒂皮瓣１２例，带蒂薄皮瓣修复５４例，带真皮下血管网整张皮片修复３８例，静脉干动脉化游离皮瓣、大隐静脉逆行岛状皮瓣及小隐静脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复各１例。移植组织的成活率为９９．２％，１期愈合率为９４．５％。根据手术距伤后时间与创面情况分为急诊期、感染期、择期手术，其Ⅰ期愈合率分别为９３．０％、９１．６％、９７．９％。对组织瓣的选择原则，手术注意事项进行了分析讨论。

arious tissue flaps were used in the repair of 255 cases of the wounds from severe deepburns and cicatricial deformities.The types of flaps used included:6 kinds of myocutaneous flapsin 54 cases,10 kinds of axial cutaneous flaps in 50 cases,7 kinds of fascio-cutaneous flaps in 44cases,pedicled subcutaneous tissues flaps in 12 cases, pedicled thin skin flaps in 54 cases,subder-mal vascular networks cutaneous flaps in 38 cases,and free skin flaps with arterialization of veinnap,retrograd island cutaneous flap with great or small saphaneous vein, in each. The survivalrate from the transplantation was 99.2 per cent,and the rate of primary healing was94. 5 percent. According to the time interval between the injury and operation and the conditions of thewounds,the patients were divided into acute, infected and selectiVe cases,and the rate of prima-ry healing was 93.0 per cent,91 6 per cent and 97. 9 per cent,respectively. The selection of thetypes of flap to be used and the attentions to be taken dueing operation were disctJssed.
