摘要
报道７２例晚期颧骨骨折矫治的经验，全部病例术后外形及功能的恢复均较满意。重点介绍了手术矫治的方法，并对晚期颧骨骨折治疗的意义、颧骨骨折错位愈合的特点与矫治的原则、以及颧骨骨折复位后遗有颧骨扁平的处理问题等进行了讨论。

from operative treatment of 72 cases of old fractures of malar bones were re-ported. The
techniques of the corrective procedure were intreduced。Besides,the importance ofthe treatment
of old malar fractures,the pecullarities of the displacement folfowing malar frac-tures and the
principles of its corrective treatment,and the residual flattening of the malar bonefollowing
reduction were discussed.
