摘要
１９８３年１月～１９９３年１２月，对５４例枕颈区损伤与畸形施行了２０种手术，其中４例术后死亡。分析了死亡原因，主要为内固定钢丝选择不当；术中减压不彻底；手术方式选择不当；麻醉选择欠妥以及术后处理有缺点等。讨论了预防并发症的措施。
Frorr1 January,1983 through December,1993,20 different types of
operations
were carriedout to treat a total of 54 cases from trauma or deformities around the
occipitocervical region,inwhich 4 patients died.The causes of the deaths were analyzed,and the
main factors responsiblefor the mortality were improper selection of the wires for internal
fixation,inadequate decompres-sion from operation,incorrect operative technique and errors in
the selection of anesthesia.
