摘要
用ＤＨＢＶ阳性血清经腹腔感染雏鸭后，药物试验组与对照组ＤＨＢＶ感染率分别为６７．６１％、６５．５２％。经复方乙肝解毒丸治疗２个月后，采集血清作ＤＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ斑点杂交试验。结果，药物试验组与对照组转阴率分别为３４．０４％、７．８９％。两组有显著差异。鸭乙肝病毒与人乙肝病毒同属嗜肝ＤＮＡ病毒，本实验结果为临床治疗乙肝患者提供了可靠依据。
Abstract The DHBV infective rateS of the experimental group and control group were 67.61% and 65.52% reSpectively in young ducks after infected with the positive serum of DHBV by dominal cavities.W6 found that the transformation rates from POSitive to negative in experimental group and control group were 34.04% and 7.89% respectively',detected by spot hybridization of DHBV to sera of younger ducks having been treated with the compound hepatitis B antidotic Pellet for two months.There was a significant diffrence between the tWo groups(P<0.01).These xeperimental results provided rgliable evidenCed for treating P8tients with hepatitis B clinically because the duck virus and HBV of Humanbeings all belong to liver-ophilic DNA virus.
