摘要
为确定ＢＣＧ对鹿结核病的免疫效果，应用冻干和湿ＢＣＧ分别对初生仔鹿进行不同免疫途径、不同免疫剂量的效果观察以及ＢＣＧ对鹿免疫程序的研究．研究结果表明：仔鹿出生后２４小时内皮下注射冻干ＢＣＧ０．７５ｍｇ／头为最佳免疫途径和剂量；免疫程序是：出生２４小时内第一次免疫、第二年５月份第二次免疫、第三年５月份第三次免疫。每次间隔１２个月，剂量为０．７５ｍｇ／头皮下注射。
Abstract In order to determine the immune effect for deer TB with BCG antisen,we veccined newborn deers with water and freeze dried BCG in different administrations and doses.The results indicated that the best internal administration and does in newborn deers were:0.75mg of freeze dried BCG per deer vaccinated subcutaneously at 24 hours ofter bearing.The innune subsequences were:the first,24 hours after bearing;The second: on May neXt year;the third,on May the third year.The niternal was 12 months.The does was 0.75mg per deer,The administration was subcutaneous.
