摘要
１９９３年７月，呼和浩特地区某鸡场１４日龄雏鸡群发病，病雏表现精神沉郁，斜视，站立困难和头颈震颤等症状，发病率４５％，死亡率１１％，抽样采血琼扩试验阳性率５０％，病理组织学检查见非化浓性脑脊髓炎．雏鸡和鸡胚接种发病，诊断为禽脑脊髓炎。
Abstract A flock of 14-day-old chickens were diagnosed as avian encephalomyelitis in a chicken afrm in Huhhot region. The main symptoms were depression, strabismus, difficulty in standing, and head and neck tremor. The rate of morbidity and mortality was .45 % and 11 %. Sera positive rate was 50% by agar gel precipitstion test. Nonsuppurative encephalomyblitis was diagnosted by autopsy. All chickens and embryos appeared typical pathologic changes by infection with brain tissue suspension from diseased chicken.
