摘要
将马立克病病毒（ＭＤＶ）Ｚ４毒种感染的鸡胚成纤维细胞（ＣＥＦ）悬液（７×１０＾５ＰＦＵ／ｍｌ接种到支原体培养基中作盲传培养，连传３代，未见有支原体生长。经鸡胚接种试验，细胞培养试验和血清学试验证明，Ｚ４毒种没有受到所试１２种外源病毒的污染。利用电镜技术检查Ｚ４感染的ＣＥＦ超薄切片，除在细胞核中见到较多典型ＭＤＶ病毒粒子外，在细胞核、细胞浆及细胞间隙均未发现有支原体和其它非目的病毒粒子。
Chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) Preparation infected with avirulent strain Z4 of Marek' s Disease Virus was inoculated on mycoblasm medium according to the method of blind Passages,and negative results were obtaind, Stock of strain Z4 was not Contaminated with any one of the 12 extraneous Viruses as determined by virus isolation and Serological tests, there was no mycoplasma or extraneous Virus Paticles in the ultrathin Sections Z4 infected CEF under electron microscope.
