摘要
用纸片法测试了9株羊伪结核棒状杆菌对利福平、异菸肼、对氨基水扬酸钠及黄连等40种中草药的敏感性。结果,供试菌均对利福平和黄连高度敏感;对黄芩和黄柏中度敏感;而对其余的37种中草药及异菸肼和对氨基水扬酸钠均不敏感。
Using the disk diffusion test to determine the Antimicrobial susceptiblity of 3 antitubercle bacillus drugs and 40 Chinese herbal medicines to 9 Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis. The results were that Rifampicin and Rhizoma coptidis exhibited marked antimicrobial activities against all Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis strains used. The strains were also susceptible to the scutellariae and cork tree bark. All strains were found to be insensitive to the rest 37 Chinese herbal medicines,isoniazide and sodium para-aminosalicylate.
