广州市儿童少年全血锌铜正常值探讨

Study on Normal Values of Zn and Cu in Whole Blood of Children in Guangzhou

为了解广州市儿童少年血锌、铜含量的水平，我们测定了本市355名中小学生的全血锌、铜值，探讨了血锌、铜的正常值范围．血锌值属偏态分布，以百分位数法P95下限确定各年龄组的正常值下限为；6～9岁3．46μg／ml，10～13岁3.56μg／ml．14～18岁423μg／ml，血铜属正态分布，以正态分布法确定各年龄组正常值范围为：6～9岁0.77～1.09μg／ml．10～13岁0.68～0.94μg／ml，14～18岁0.63～0.89μg／ml．

In order to grasp Zn and Cu nutriture of children in Guangzhou. values of Zn and Cu in whole blood of355 primary and secondary school children were determined and normal ranges of the elements were studied.The values of Zn in whole blood of the children presented skew distribution. when it was estimated by 95percent lower limit. the lower limits of normal values were as follows: 3.46μg/ml at the age of 6～ 9. 3. 56μg/ml, 10～13 and 4.23μg/ml. 14 ～ 18. The value of Cu in whole blood presented normal distribution. normalranges were 0. 77 ～ 1. 09 μg/ml (3～9 years old). 0. 68～0. 94 μg/ml (10～13 years old) and 0. 63 ～0.89μg/ml (14 ～ 18 years old).
