摘要
应用多种抗人淋巴细胞的单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪,分析用IL-2诱生患者淋巴细胞2周形成的LAK和TIL细胞的表型。结果:LAK细胞中CD_3 ̄+细胞为(85.0±2.53)%,CD_(16)细胞为(8.3±1.0)%,证实LAK细胞是以T细胞为主,包括有NK细胞的混合群体。双标记表型分析CD_8 ̄+Leu7 ̄-的CTL细胞占81.48%,因而推测LAK细细胞中,抗原特异性和MHC限制性的CTL细胞占有很大比例。TIL细胞中CD_3 ̄+细胞为(64.7±9.7)%,CD_(16) ̄+细胞为(1.6±0.2)%,Leu7 ̄+细胞为(6.8±1.1)%。双标记表型分析CD_8 ̄+Leu7 ̄-的CTL细胞占CD_8 ̄+细胞的86.76%,证实TIL细胞主要是T细胞,NK细胞极少。

monoclonal antibodies of antihuman lymphocytes and flow cytometer
were used to ana- lyse the epitope of Lymphokine-activated killer
cells(LAK)and tumor infiltrating lympocyte cells(TIL), which had been
induced from patient lymphocytes for two weeks. Results: In LAK, 85
percent(±2.53%)were CD_3 ̄+ cells, and 8.3 percent(±1.O%)CD_(16) ̄
+. By double marker analysis of epitopeCD_8Leu 7 ̄-CTL accounted for
62.1 percent.These proved that lAK cells were mixture of T and
NKcells, the former being the main component. In TIL, CD_3 ̄+0 cells
were 64.7 percent(±9.7%),CD_(16) ̄+1.69 percent(±0.2%),and Leu 76.8
percent(±1.1%). The analysis also showed that, as induc-ing cells of
CTL, CD_4 B_4 cells were 82.01, CD_4 ̄+ 2H_4 ̄+ 96.4,and CD_8 ̄+Leu 7
 ̄- CTL cells 86.76 percent.
