摘要
对２２例心内直视手术前后患者血浆中分子物质含量的变化进行动态观察。结果表明，心内直视手术后血浆中分子物质都有不同程度的增高，其增高程度和持续时间与术前患者病情有一定关系。作者认为，术后血浆中分子物质含量的动态观察有助于预报可能出现的某些并发症。
The changes of serum levels of middle molecular substances(oligopeptides of MW 300～2000 Da) were dynamically observed before and after open-heart operation in 22 patients with heart disease.The results showed that serum levels of middle molecular substances increased after open-heart operation and the degree and time of increase were related to the disease condition before open-heart operation.Dynamically observing serum levels of middle molecular substances is helpful for the prediction of certain complications.
