大豆磷脂脂质体对培养心肌细胞缺氧缺糖性损伤的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究大豆磷脂脂质体对培养心肌细胞缺氧缺糖性损伤的影响。结果表明:在培养心肌细胞6小时缺氧缺糖的同时,补充大豆磷脂脂质体可抑制培养液中乳酸脱氢酶活性和心肌细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶损伤反应的增加,减轻心肌Ca2+-Mg2+-三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)活性的降低,提高心肌细胞总磷脂和总胆固醇含量。提示:大豆磷脂脂质体可减轻培养心肌细胞缺氧缺糖性损伤,可能与其作用于细胞膜脂质有关。 The effects of soybean phospholipid liposome on cultured myocardial cell injury induced by anoxia and glucose deprivation were studied. The results showed that 6 h culture with anoxia and glucose deprivation caused injury of cultured myocardial cells. Addition of soybean phospholipid liposome from the beginning of anoxia and glucose deprivation could reduce the injury of cultured myocardial cells.Comparing with the anoxia and glucose deprivation group, soybean phospholipid liposome group showed decreased lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity in the culture medium(50. 5±3. 2 U/L vs. 89. 4±5. 3U/L, p<0. 01); decreased reaction of succinic dehydrogenase(SDH) to injury in myocardial cells (p<0. 01); increased Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity(54. 30±8. 81 nmol Pi/mg pr/hr vs. 24. 52±11. 13 nmol Pi/mgpr/hr, p< 0. 01), the content of total phospholipid(286. 21± 20. 06 nmol Pi/mg pr vs. 225. 48 ± 7. 58nmol Pi/mg pr, p<0. 05) and total cholesterol (82. 13±8. 68 nmol/mg pr vs. 34. 97± 10. 20 nmol/mg pr, p<0. 01) of myocardial cells. The results revealed that soybean phospholipid liposome had protective effect on the injury of cultured myocardial cells caused by anoxia and glucose deprivation, the mechanism of which may be related to the interaction of soybean phospholipid liposome with membrane of the myocardial cells.
