摘要
本文研究了４０例主动脉窦瘤患者的临床特点，均为主动脉右窦和（或）无窒瘤。２９例主动脉窦瘤破裂，均破入右室或右房，其中２８例有突发心悸、气短、胸痛，２５例胸骨左缘Ⅲ～Ⅳ肋间有Ⅲ级以上粗糙连续性机器样杂音。心脏超声及升主动脉造影有很高的诊断敏感性与特异性。主动脉窦瘤破裂者应及时手术。预后绝大多数良好。
Clinical features of 40 patients with aortic sinus (right and/or posterior) aneurysm were studied, among them 29 ruptured either into the right ventricle or right atrium. Sudden palpitation, dyspnea and chest pain developed in 28 patients, while 25 had Ⅲ grade rough continuous machinery murmur at the Ⅲ～Ⅳth intercostal space along the left sternal border. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of echocardiography and ascending aortic angiography are very high. Patients of ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm must be operated timely.
