家族性窦房结病一家系七例报告

FAMILIAL SINUS NODE DISEASE─SEVEN CASES IN ONE FAMILY

家族性窦房结病临床上较为少见，病情凶险，若不及时处理易致猝死。本文调查一家系４代２９名成员中罹患本病者有７例。结果显示：①本家族具有遗传的连续性，在被调查的４代中，有３代人患有本病，在其同胞中，男女均有发病，可能属常染色体显性遗传。②存活的患者及曾住院的患者中均有不同程度的心脏增大及心功能不全症状，故推测其病因可能系扩张型心肌病所致或因长期心动过缓出现代偿性扩张所致。

Familial sinus node disease is rare but dangerous. It often causes sudden death if notbeing treated timely. Seven subjects suffered from familial sinus node disease in a family of 29 members in four generations were studied. The results showed: (1) This family had a continuity of heredity. Among the four generations investigated, members of three generations had this disease, which occurred both in men and women as well in subjects of the same generation. (2) The patients still alive had heart enlargement and dysfunction. It is concluded that the cause of this disease may be dilated cardiomyopathy or the enlargement of heart in comperisating for bradycardia. (The Forest Bureau Hospital in Wangou, Hunjiang, Jilin)
