L──半胱氨酸抑制大鼠血管损伤后的内膜增生

EFFECTS OF L-CYSTEINE ON INHIBITION OF INTIMAL HYPERPLASIA AFTER ARTERIAL BALLOON INJURY IN RATS

摘要 以大鼠主动脉球囊内皮剥脱为实验模型,探讨L-半胱氨酸对大鼠动脉组织丙二醛含量及动脉内膜增生的影响。结果显示,L-半胱氨酸使血管组织丙二醛含量及3H-胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(3HTdR)参入量显著下降;并显著抑制血管内膜增生。 The effects of L-cysteine on the level of malondialdehyde in rat aorta and intimal hyperplasia by measurements of neointimal area and 3H-TdR incorporation after artetial balloon injury were studied. The level of malondialdehyde(n= 7 ) and 3H-TdR. incorporation (n =6) were significantly increased(both p<0. 05) in the injury group vs. the sham operated group(n= 7). By giving L-cysteine(0. 5 g/kg · d ,i. p. 3 and 14 days pre-and post-arterial balloon injury, respectively), the above parameters (n= 7) and neointimal area (n= 13) were significantly decreased (p<0. 05) ,suggesting that the antihyperplastic effect of L-cyateine might be due to its anti-oxidative activity. The results also give a clue to the development of preventive therapy for restenosis following PTCA.
