LAND INFORMATION SYSTEM IN ZHENYUAN COUNTY,GUIZHOU PROVINCE

本文从贵州省镇远县农业区划部门在农业用地规划中所存在的问题着手，探讨了如何建立土地信息系统，对图形、图象、文字资料进行计算机管理以辅助土地规划，为今后我国南方岩溶山区的综合治理提供了科学依据。

Zhenyuan County ,cut by a series of gorges ,is located on the Guizhou Plateau。 Its eleva-tion ranges from 345 m to 1332 m above sea level and it covers an area of about 1800 km￣2The county can be regarded as a typical karst area, for the carbonate rock makes up half ofthe county’s area。 The hardware of LIS is microcomputer 386/33. The software is SK set of2.0 developed by the authors in 1986 ,which can treat the data both vector and raster in thesystem。 The analysis of the elevation , slope and slope direction is of great significance forland use management and planning in karst areas of south China。 Grass land is more than37%of the whole area of the county. The multi-element correlation used for the grass landsuitable for cultivation is of success.
