摘要
建立了我国北方岩治区地表水库—地下岩溶水库联合决策模型。给出了一个实例,并采用有限单元法进行模拟、预报,对各种不同的建库方案进行了优选。结果表明,在我国北方岩治区,进行地表水库—地下岩溶水库联合决策,将可有效地截取地表洪水,增加地下水开采量,调节地表水与地下水资源,从而为解决我国北方岩治区水资源紧缺问题提供了一条有效途径。
A conjunctive allocation model of surface water reservoir and underground karst waterreservoir in the karst areas of north China is set up.An example is given,in which the finiteelement method is applied to simulate and predict water level and as a result an optimalchoise from different reservior construction plans is made。The investigation shows that theconjunctive allocation of surface water reservoir and underground karst water reservoir isable to capture the surface flood effectively ,increase the well-pumpage of grouiid water andmake a good adjustment of surface and ground water resources,thus opens up an effectiveway to solve the problem of water shortage in the karst areas of north China。
