摘要
本研究探讨了环境温、湿度与肉兔繁殖力指标之间的线性关系。结果表明:公兔的精子活力和精子畸形率,母兔的产仔成活率和仔兔平均初生重均与环境温度存在着明显的线性回归关系和相关关系(相关系数依次为:-0.6031,0.5370,-0.5335,-0.5715),而与相对湿度的相关关系和线性回归关系不显著;母兔的产仔数与环境温度、相对湿度之间的线性回归关系和相关关系均不显著(P>0.05)。各自的线性回归方程表明:在一定的温度范围内和其他条件保持一致时,环境温度每上升或下降1℃,公兔的精子活力将下降或上升0.0111;公兔精子畸形率将上升或下降0.1779%;母兔的产仔成活率将下降或上升1.1886%;仔兔的平均初生重将减少或增加1.0614克。
This experiment studied the relationship between ambient temperature,relative humidityand reproductive performance in meat rabbits。There were significant correlation betweentemperature and sperm motility,sperm malformation rate of bucks,percentage of live new-borns,and birth weight.The correlation coefficients were succesively- 0.6031,0. 5370,- 0. 5335,and-0.5715.The linear regression relationships of ambient temperature to the abovereproductive parameters were also significant(P<0.01).Within a certain range, with everydegree of increase in ambient temperature for meat rabbits,decreases in sperm motility was0. 0111;in percentage of live newborns 1. 1886%;in birth weight 1. 0614 gram;and spermmalformation rate increase 0.11 79%。The linear regression relationship and correlation ofambient temperature to litter sizes were not significant(P>0.05).Relative humidity had little effect on the above reproductive parameters.
