摘要
选择４５日龄的太行山兔１００只，研究在含硫氨基酸不同的日粮中添加硫酸钠对血液生化指标及肝中糖元、矿物质元素的沉积的影响。结果日粮中添加０．２％～０．４％硫酸钠，对血清尿素Ｎ、血清蛋白相对含量、各内脏器官形态与重量、肝中肝糖元含量及矿物质元素的沉积未产生明显的影响。血清尿素Ｎ、血清白蛋白及肝糖元含量的变化趋势表明：在含硫氨基酸达到需要８０％～９６％的日粮中添加０．２％～０．４％硫酸钠，能使体内蛋白质合成代谢增强，从而促进肉兔生长。
The effects of adding sodium sulfate to the diets with difference levels of sulfur一amino acidson the blood biochemical indexes, sediment of mineral elements and glyclgen content in liver werestudied with 100 Taihang Mountain rabbits at the age of 45一day old.When 0.2%～0.4%sodi-um sulfate was added to the diet,there was no significant effection on the urea一nitrogen and rel-ative content of protein in serum, morphology and weight of internal organs, content of glyclgenand mineral elements in liver(P>0.05).Their tendancv showed that when 0.2%～0.4%sodi-um sulfate were added to the diet meeting 80%～96%of the needs of sulfur一amino acids,thesynthetic metabolism of protein was strengthen and the growth was promoted.
