本文介绍了我院１９８９年与１９４年临床用药品种的变化情况，分析了５年间药品变化的趋势，提出了加强药品供应管理和促进合理用药的措施。

This paper presents the variation of clinical drug use in this hospital in 1989 and 1994.The tendency of variation in clinical drug use within five years was analysed and the measures of administering drug supply and promoting rational drug use were put forward.
