五味治肝片的研制及临床研究

Preparation and Clinical Study of Wuwei Zhigan Tablet

五味治肝片是治疗慢乙肝的中药制剂，其中４味有理化鉴别。用高效液相法测君药刺五加成分紫丁香甙含量。稳定性试验表明，至少在两年内保持稳定。药效学试验有护肝作用。雌鸭试验，可抑制ＤＨＢｓＡｇ、ＤＨＶ－ＤＮＡ。细胞培养证实，本品抑制了ＤＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ复制中间产物ｒｃＤＮＡ和ｓｓＤＮＡ的合成。对６８７例慢乙肝患者临床研究，经３个月治疗，近期治愈率２１．７％，总有效率８２．８％：１２个月随访，基本治愈率２０．４％，总有效率７５．６％。

Wuwei Zhigan tablet is a preparation of Chinese materia medica for treating chronic hepatitis,in which four ingredients have been identified by chemical and physical methods.Syringenin,the component of Radix Acanthopanacis,was assayed with HPLC. Stability test showed that it could remain stable with in 2 years at least.Duckling experiment indicated that it was able to inhibit DHBsAg and DHV-DNA.It has been proved that this preparation could inhibit the synthesis of rcDNA and ssDNA,which are the intermediate products in DHBV duplication.In a clinical observation on 687 chronic hepatitis patients receiving a course of 3-month treatment,the short-term curative rate was 21.7% and total effective rate 82.8%.After 12-month follow,the curative rate was 20.4% and total effective rate 75.6%.
