紫外分光光度法测定盐酸环丙沙星软膏含量

UV Spectrophotometry Determination of Ciporfloxacin Hydrochloride From the Ointment

本文采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸环丙沙星软膏剂的含量。取少量０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ液与软膏剂充分、均匀地混合，用无水乙醇提取，提取液在３３１±１ｎｍ波长处测定吸收度。０．５％、１．０％、１．５％软膏剂的平均方法回收率分别为１０２．６６％、９９．５２％、９８．３９％（ｎ＝６）；样品含量测定的平均精密度分别为０．６５％、０．５４％、０．４５％（ｎ＝５）。

A small amount of ointment equivalent to 10mg of ciporfloxacin hydrochloride was dissolved in 20ml 0.1mol/L HCL solution and extracted with absolute alcohol.The extract was diluted with a given amount of absolute alcohol and the absorbance of the diluent was measured at 331±1nm.The rate of recovery and the accuracy of this method were 99.52%(n=6) and 0.54%(n=5),respectively.
