银杏叶中总黄酮的提取与测定

Extraction and Assay of Total Flavonoids in Ginkgo Leaves

银杏叶提取物中含有黄酮类化合物等许多特殊的活性成分，不但可用于医药，还可以广泛地应用于食品、化妆品等。本文在综合比较国内外文献有关银杏叶总黄酮提取工艺与含量测定的基础上，选用７０％乙醇热回流提取工艺和紫外分光光度法测定提取物中总黄酮的含量，效果满意。

Extract of Ginkgo leaves contains flavonoids and other special active components,which can be used not only in drugs,but also widely in foods and cosmetics etc.After a comprehensive comparison of extraction processes and determination methods of flavonoids reported inboth domestic and foreign literature,the authors adopted an extraction process of hot reflux with 70% alcohol and an assay method by ultroviolet apectrophotometry,obtaining satisfactory results.
