本文介绍用一阶导数光谱法测定盐酸氯丙咪嗪注射剂的含量，并对该注射剂与８种常用输液的配伍稳定性进行了考察，其结果与ＨＰＬＣ法比较无差异。

This paper presents the quantitative determination of chlorimpramine hydrochloride in injection by first-order derivative spectroanalysis.The compatibe stability of the idection with eight common infiusion fluids was studied.The results showed that chlorimpramine could be mixed with these fluids for infusion,Compared the result with that assayed by HPLC,no difference was found.
