藜芦酚碳甙的分离及鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Resveratrol-4-C-Glucoside

从望天树根皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到５个化合物，分别鉴定为藜芦酚碳甙（Ⅰ，ｒｅｓｖｅｒａｔｒｏｌ－４－Ｃ－ｇｌｕｃｏｓｉｄｅ）、藜芦酚（Ⅱ）、对羟基苯甲酸（Ⅲ）、β－谷甾醇（Ⅳ）和胡萝卜甙（Ⅴ）。其中化合物Ⅰ为新化合物。

From the ethanol extract of the rootbark of Shorea wangtianshuea ,a novel glucoside was isolated along with four known compounds:resveratrol,P-hydroxybenzoic acid,β-sitosterol and daucosterol.The structures of the novel glucoside were established as resveratrol-4-C-glucoside(Ⅰ)on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
